Refund
Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you may return any item within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For items sold as ‘New with Tags’ it means those items need to be returned new, unworn, unused, unwashed and with tags still intact. For items sold as ‘Like New’ or ‘Excellent’ it means those items need to be returned in the same condition that you received it. Please note we unfortunately do not except returns on items sold as ‘Playground’.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@jollymonsters.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item does not meet your expectations or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: We do our utmost best to ensure all the items we sell are in excellent condition and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That being said some of the items are indeed pre-owned, and previously worn, so minor flaws could be present and the prices that were paid for items with minor flaws were adjusted according to those flaws.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jollymonsters.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept returns on super sale items, gift cards or items marked as ‘Playground’. Please read items descriptions carefully. Playground and Super Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not do exchanges, please return the item you are not happy with, and once the return is accepted, and refund approved, you will be refunded. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded. You can choose between a direct EFT or a credit note to shop with us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
